George became a friend when he ended up redoing all our electrical in Elkhorn. George did a fantastic job. George kneweveryone in town and their back stories. We would go to Grumpys and he knew everyone there and his usual order. A favorite was the Friday fried fish lunch at Lefty’s, the cook knew his order, of course. My husband, his friend Ed, George and I met up the last 12 or so summers at Lefty’s to talk about our mutual friends, his family and life. Missed last summer. Always a joke to tell, a laugh, a story. I’ll miss you George.
